Finding Joy Through Music
Lubbock Honor Choir gives children the opportunity to find joy through singing, movement, laughter, and games. We believe that music is a universal language that brings people together and sparks creativity.
We began by partnering with local schools including Nat Williams and Stewart Elementary. We are now expanding to serve students across Lubbock ISD, Cooper ISD, and Frenship ISD, ensuring that every child in the community has a chance to shine.
All parents, grandparents, neighbors and friends are welcomed to our Thanksgiving program. We are doing fun music that centers around the Thanksgiving holiday experience. The second half songs focus on gratitude and giving praise to our Heavenly Father for His great love for us. The program lasts about 30 minutes. Afterwards, we will have cookies and punch in the commons. You will be gone in under an hour (that includes the reception time).
